Sketchy

Solve the following equation for $x$ :

$\dfrac{3x + 324}{x(a - b)(c - 12)} = \dfrac{1}{12 - c} + \dfrac{1}{b - a}$

and $a$ ; $b$ ; $c \ne 12$ are three distinct numbers such that $a - b + c = 18$ .
