Note : a b c , d e f \overline{abc}, \overline{def} are 3 3 -digit numbers and a b c d e f \overline{abcdef} is 6 6 -digit number and 999 999 isn't considered.

( 494 + 209 ) 2 = ( 703 ) 2 = 494209 (494+209)^2=(703)^2=494209

So, answer is 4 + 9 + 4 + 2 + 0 9 = 10 4+9+4+2+0-9=\boxed{10}
