Some Considerations About A Triangular Pyramid

Geometry Level 4

A pyramid with vertex V V has a triangular base A B C \triangle ABC . The three lateral edges V A VA , V B VB and V C VC are congruent. Let H H be the orthogonal projection of the point V V on A B C \triangle ABC .

Which of these affirmations is true about point H H ?

It can coincide with one of the points A A , B B or C C It coincides with the orthocenter of A B C \triangle ABC It always lies inside A B C \triangle ABC It coincides with the circumcenter of A B C \triangle ABC It always lies outside A B C \triangle ABC
