The number of arrangements of the letters of the word Brilliant is as follows:

9 ! 9! stands for the 9 letters we have.

2 ! 2! the two l’s are repeated; similarly, for the two i’s. Then by the second law of permutation, we get 9 ! 2 ! × 2 ! = 90720 \frac{9!}{2!\times2!}=90720
