The given equation is a equation of this ellipse -

The e c c e n t r i c i t y eccentricity of any ellipse is always < 1 <1 , hence [ e ] = 0 [e] = 0 .

so, 9.8 [ e ] = 0 9.8[e] = 0 too.

write 0.4444..as 4/9 and 5.333.. as 16/3 equation becomes (2/3x-4)^2+(y-4)^2=16 which is equation of ellipse and its e<1 therefore its GIF is 0 hence ans is 0
