There are infinite sets of three numbers whose product and sum are same if we talk about integers . For example , 2 , -2 and 0 . In this way there will exist three numbers, a positive number , a negative of same positive integer and the third number being zero.

Also 1 + 2 + 3 = 1 × 2 × 3 1+2+3=1 \times 2 \times 3 , but infinity plus one is still infinity.
