we know that in a spring

k 1 l 1 = k 2 l 2 k_{1}l_{1} = k_{2}l_{2}

k × l = k 2 × 2 l 3 \implies k \times l = k_{2} \times \dfrac{2l}{3}

k 2 = 1.5 K \implies \boxed{k2=1.5K}
