When a mass is suspended from a vertical spring in a uniform gravity spring elongates by a distance x. When the spring is cut in two parts and same mass is suspended again from the combinatin of springs as shown, combination of both the springs stretched by Image not present. Find the ratio of length of bigger spring to the length of smaller spring.
