The Answer will follow, ( a b ) 2 = a 2 2 a b + b 2 (a-b)^2=a^2-2ab+b^2 formula

( 2 x 3 y ) 2 (2x-3y)^2

= ( 2 x ) 2 2.2 x . 3 y + ( 3 y ) 2 (2x)^2-2.2x.3y+(3y)^2

= 4 x 2 12 x y + 9 y 2 4x^2-12xy+9y^2

4 x 2 12 x y + 9 y 2 \boxed{4x^2-12xy+9y^2}
