Perimeter of the exterior sides from the square: 4 × 3 = 12 4 \times 3=12

Perimeter of the exterior sides fron the triangle : 5 + 3 = 8 5*+3=8

Perimeter is 8 + 12 = 20 \boxed{8+12=20}

* By phytagorean theorem triangle's hypotenuse is 4 2 + 3 2 = 5 \sqrt{4^2+3^2}=5
