Start Swinging

Suppose that you are initially at rest at the lowest point of a swing. Then, is it possible for you to start swinging without pushing the ground or being pushed by someone or something (like wind)?

You can shift the centre of gravity of your body by changing the configuration of your body parts.

But just changing the configuration of body parts is not "swinging", and where does the angular momentum about the hinge come from? We cannot exert torque on ourselves, and the hinge has no lever, for a torque from gravitation, one must first start swinging so the hinge does not come in line with the same. @Terry Chadwick

Doing disturb the line of action of gravity force(mg) and tension in rope we can generate some kind of torque about hinge??

Yes, we can generate a torque about hinge. Actually, you can observe this phenomenon by swinging .

By shifting your center of gravity, we might create tension on the rope
