x=5 ,

so, 10 x + 4 \frac {10}{x} +4 = 2 + 4 2+ 4 = 6 6

I solved this mentally.

The value of x is inserted into 10/x + 4 => x = 5, so : 10/5 + 4 = 2 + 4 = 6

Easy ^_^
