As the denominator will increase, the whole value will decrease,so the smallest value of denominator can be a=1,b=2,c=3 with respect to numerator as numerator can be bigger than or equal to denominator which is followed in this case only. Therefore, =(1+2+3)/(1 2 3) =6/6 =1
