The answer would be the shortest person is Max and the tallest is Tim. You know that this is the correct answer. I will now tell you why. Since Tom is taller than Brad and Mike it would look something like this: - Tom - Brad - Mike

Then since Kevin is shorter than Brad but taller than Mike it would look somewhat like this: - Tom - Brad - Kevin - Mike

After that, we know that Mike is taller than Max but shorter than Kevin. The list would be look like this: - Tom - Brad - Kevin - Mike - Max

Finally to conclude the answer, we know that Tom is shorter than Tim. It would look like this as a result. - Tim - Tom - Brad - Kevin - Mike - Max
