Suppose 3 cities A,B,C having Telephone corresponding Tan for A, Tbn For B, Tcn for C, In Same City=18 wires For Different city Ta1=18 Ta2=18, Ta3=18 for connection Between B & C: For Tc1=9, Tc2=9, Tc3=9, So total Wires for Connection=99
