A 3 m 3 \ \rm m long stick of mass 6 k g 6 \ \rm kg is suspended horizontally from the ceiling by two strings of equal length tied to its two ends. An object of mass 3 k g 3 \ \rm kg is hung on the stick 1 m 1 \ \rm m from the left end. Find the tension force F F in N \rm N on the string at the right end.

Gravitational acceleration g g is 10 m / s 2 10 \ \rm m/s^2 .

∑τ on left string=0

(30N×1m)+(60N×1.5m)-(F×3m)=0

120Nm=3Fm

F=40N

If value of g i not given den we solve it by taking it 9.8 m/s2 not 10
