Assume every test is out of 100 100 points. Then after the first four tests Randy has 70 × 4 = 280 70 \times 4 = 280 points. After the first six tests, Randy has 80 × 6 = 480 80 \times 6 = 480 points. Then the number of points he accumulates on the fifth and sixth tests is 480 280 = 200 480 - 280 = 200 . This clearly means that on both tests he gets 100 100 points. Then after the fifth test, his average is 280 + 100 4 + 1 = 76 \frac{280 + 100}{4 + 1}= 76 points, or 76 % \boxed{76\%} .
