Measure the resistance between the diamond shaped nodes. The edges are all resistors. The nodes are where the resistors are joined.
The numbering near the nodes are just labeling and can be ignored safely.

The disk nodes of the same color are at the same voltage and can be shorted as together with affecting the results as not current would flow between them.
The answer is 1 0 0 0 1 + 2 0 0 0 1 + 2 0 0 0 1 1 and is 5 0 0 .
