A series of books (volume number 1 through 7) are placed in a bookshelf--4 on the top and 3 on the bottom--as shown in the drawing. The number formed above (3426) divided by the number formed below (571) happens to be 6.

Is it possible to rearrange the 7 volumes (all must be placed) such that the number above divided by the number below is 7?
