Logic Level 3

Amy and Brad are playing a game. They are knocking down cans with a ball. Amy and Brad made two pyramids, that are both the same. Each pyramid is made out of 10 cans. Amy scored 10 points. How many points did Brad get? Clues:

  • Each pyramid has cans labeled with numbers 1 to 10 only once

  • They each only got one turn with the ball


The answer is 14.

B knocked down all the same cans as A plus the #4 can, so it doesnt matter how A scored 10 only that B scored 4 more than 10

It's pretty easy: just add 4 to Amy's score because Brad knocked down the cans Amy knocked and a can with 4 labeled on it. Pretty easy - right?

I wonder how 69% of people got this right.....

The problem is a lil bit confusing. I thought the pictures show the remaining cans.
