One large key is the cell nuclei because it only allows for Eukaryotic cells to be the answer. Another is the cell walls because only fungi and plants have cell walls in the Eukaryotic kingdom, along with some of the protists. Most fungi are asexual, while a few are sexual. However, they are heterotrophs because they feed off of remains of other organisms.
