the "dice" problem

Jake's family is poor, so he wants to get some money. The next day he sees a sign that says "compete in this challenge, and if you win you get 20,0000 dollars." The challenge is to roll a six-sided dice 10 times and all of the times he has to roll a three to win. Will he win following the rules of probability?

Correct answer: no

Here's why: Jake will not win because according to the problem, he only has ten tries. If you follow the rules of probability, it will take a LOT of tries or you are not following the rules of probability and 10 is not that many /not enough tries.
