Put A = 2 A = -2 and B = 4 B =-4

( A × A = 4 ) ( A \times A= 4) < < ( B × B = 16 ) (B \times B=16)

If A = 1 A = 1 and B = 1 B = -1 then A 2 = 1 2 = 1 A^2 = 1^2 = 1 and B 2 = ( 1 ) 2 = 1 B^2 = (-1)^2 = 1 . Hence A B A \not > B .

But this wouldn't fulfill the if condition either... :-/
