The EYE to the ferry

200 perfectly logical people are trapped on an island with their eye color as green or blue. A ferry comes everyday to the island and takes those people who have deduced the color of their eye. They are not allowed to communicate with each other by any means and are to remain secluded. Though they can see the color of each other's eye, they are not permitted to talk. One day a boatman tells all of them that he can see atleast on blue eyed man amongst them. Still it remains unclear that there are only blue and green colored eyes for a person may think he has brown or black eyes. Of the 200, 100 have blue eyes and the rest green but this fact is not known to them. Then on which day and how many men will leave the island? Type your answer as "AB" where A is the day and B is the no. of men for e.g. if 1 man leaves the island on 3rd day then write 13
