There are (10 + 8 + 6) = 24 total types of toys. There are 10 managers. If each were responsible for 2 types of toy, that would cover 20 types. So 4 of the managers must be responsible for 3 types to boost the total types to 24. That leaves 6 managers responsible for 2 types.
