The peon said that he was with the principal. Jack's friends said that they were playing in the ground. The clerk said that he was busy solving the day's sudoku. Who killed Jack?

Let's reach back to Teacher. She said she was busy distributing "Middle Term Papers". But it was the first day of school as the question says. So it means that she killed Jack. Thank You

Strictly speaking, we only know that she was lying. We don't know that she killed Jack.

This is a problem from 'Bright Side'. We don't know for sure she killed him, but she's the only one who's alibi isn't solid, so out of everyone else, she is the most likely killer.
