It is 16 and I think you mean 'if the hand of her dad measures 22cm' not 'if the hand of his dad measures 22cm' because Caroline is surely female

22 cm multiplied by = 176(Length of table)

Length of table needs to be divided by how many of Caroline's hands were needed to find the size of Caroline's hand. So...

176 divided by 11 = 16 cm.

table length= x

x/22=8 x/22 22=8 22 x=176 - table length

therefore, 176/11= 16 - Caroline's hand

8 x 22 / 11 = 16 cm

Dad = D Caroline = C

D = 22 cm

8D = 176 cm

11C = 176 cm

C = 16 cm

Since his dads hand is 22cm and length measured 8 times,so length of table is 176 cm. Now,he measured 11 hands ,so to measure 176 cm, if x is his hands length x X 11 ==176 so 16 cm is answer.

It is said that Caroline's dad's hand is 22 c m 22 cm .

Therefore, the total length of the table = 22 × 8 = 176 = 22 \times 8 = 176 .

\Rightarrow Length of Caroline's hand = 176 11 = 16 = \frac{176}{11} = \boxed{16} .
