You are living in men-eating dragon country and some dragon are men-eating dragon wile others not.Gray dragon that telling truth isn't men-eating dragon and Gray dragon that telling false is men-eating dragon.Red dragon that telling truth is men-eating dragon and red dragon that telling false isn't men-eating dragon. Blue dragon is always telling false and some dragon are men-eating dragon wile others not. But you are color blind so you can't know dragon's color except for guessing.You know that three dragons has each different color and all are not telling truth or false.Now guess that what sort of dragons are. 

 A:I'm not men-eating dragon because I'm red!

 B:A is red ,and I'm not men-eating dragon too!

 C:I am men-eating dragon.

Red dragon will always say that he is men-eating. So A is not red and he is telling false. B says that A is red so he tells also false. He is also not red. So only C can be red dragon.

B supported A, so they must be lying or telling the truth together, and have the same food (man-eaters or not, together). They can only be honest together if neither of them is the blue dragon who always lies, and even then, the nature of the gray dragons and red dragons are opposed to one another, so it's impossible for them (A & B) to share both of their truth values AND their eating habits when they're both from two different dragon species'. So, those two must have lied; A is not a red and both are man-eaters.

Listing them off, a gray man-eater lies, a red man-eater is honest and a blue dragon lies, man-eater or not. Therefore, we know that A & B are blue and gray in some configuration, and C is the red dragon.
