If you want to find an element symbol, you can use it this way. First, find an atomic symbol. Next, convert your-languaged element name into a Latin name. Then, you can see the relation of the 2 ways. The atomic symbols are Latin-named elements but shortened. For example, W means the tungsten in English, but we convert it to Latin form, wolframium. Then W can be its symbol. For another example, Fe means iron in English, but the Latin-converted form is ferrum. Then you can think F is its symbol, but F already exists, as fluorine's symbol. So Fe is its symbol(iron). Then you can solve this problem. At means astatine in English. Gold is Au, mercury is Hg, copper is Cu, and the lead is Pb. And more: Search below.
