How many Brains do we have? If you say 1 you are correct but many scientists, have seen that the ENS is the body's, Second Brain. This is not shaped as a Brain nor not in your head, this is located in your belly. What is the ENS? The “second brain” in our gut, in communication with the brain in our head, tell us when we are hungry and also tell us when we are full. If we pass the amount of food we eat, you get a stomachache, if we get this, your ENS tell us 2 ways to get rid of the overeating by Vomiting or doing diarrhea( :/), but what does ENS mean anyway?

Because the enteric nervous system relies on the same type of neurons and neurotransmitters that are found in the central nervous system, some medical experts call it our “second brain.”Yes, I did copy and paste again. So????? (LOL)

I didn’t know what it was called but I knew it was referring to the stomach you wil not believe how many times I have hear people say your gut is like a second brain

it is called the enteric nervous system or ENS
