Find the binary representation of 10 0 10 = 110010 0 2 100_{10} = 1100100_2

then find the 1's complement of 10 0 10 = 001101 1 2 = 2 7 10 100_{10} = 0011011_2 = 27_{10}

subtract the original number from its 1 s 1's complemet you will get the answer which is = 100 27 = 73 = 100 -27 = 73
