Let the current age of Jane and Kelly be x and y respectively.
10 yrs ago, x - 10 > x/2 or, x/2>10 or x>20 .
10 yrs later, y+10>2y or y < 10 .
So, we get x>20 and y< 10 .
Clearly, Jane is the eldest!
