There are 2 small isosceles triangles on each side for a total of 8. There are 4 right triangles on each corner. There are four larger right triangles, each having a common vertex at the center of the figure. Finally, there are four triangles each composed of 2 sides and a diagonal, for a total of 20. Ed Gray
