A launch provided for a regular transportation of passengers from point A to point B and back again , both points being located on the river bank. If the actual speed of the boat (in still water) is increased 2 times , then the trip from A to B and back again would take a fifth of the time which the launch spends on the way from A to B and back again . how many times is actual speed of the launch higher than the speed of the river flow?

The answer is 0.86.
