Hey yo,
As c = hypotenuse, b = 1st leg , a = 2nd leg,
c^2 = a ^ 2 + b^2 , applying phythagoras theorem...
To simplify the calculations, 2 9 is a factor of both 8 7 and 1 1 6 .
Using pythagoras' theorem, hypotenuse = 8 7 2 + 1 1 6 2 = 2 1 0 2 5 = 1 4 5 .
Anyone can solve it. But it matters in how much time you soved it⏰

The side lengths are multiples of 2 9 . In fact, 8 7 = 3 × 2 9 and 1 1 6 = 4 × 2 9 . So this triangle is a multiple of the famous 3 − 4 − 5 triangle and the hypotenuse is 5 × 2 9 = 1 4 5
