In the given figure, $R_1, R_2$ and $R_3$ are the three circles that are externally tangent to each other. There exists a $\triangle ABC$ that is tangent to all the three circles. The radii of circle $R_1, R_2$ and $R_3$ are $1, 1.5$ and $2$ respectively. Find the area of the $\triangle ABC.$
