N number of fair dice are thrown at random. Given that for the smallest number among the dice rolled to be 3, the probability is 0.1. If another three dice are added into the system, what is the new probability that the smallest number rolled among the N+3 dice is number 3? (Type in the integer for 1000P, where P is the answer to the probability)
