Assuming the medium is water ( T h o t = 373 K , T c o l d = 273 K T_{hot} = 373K, T_{cold} = 273K ), the Carnot efficiency is computed according to:

η = T h o t T c o l d T h o t × 100 = 373 273 373 × 100 = 26.81 . \eta = \frac{T_{hot} - T_{cold}}{T_{hot}} \times 100 = \frac{373 - 273}{373} \times 100 = \boxed{26.81}.
