Difference of the velocities: 10 km/h - 11 km/h = -1 km/h

Time specified: 6 mins = 0.1 h

Change in distance: -1 km/h × 0.1 h = - 0.1 km = -100m

Distance after 6 mins: 200 m + ( − 100 m ) = 100 m \text {Distance after 6 mins: } 200 m + (-100 m) = \boxed {100 m}
