Simple standard approach.
The triangle is a right-angled triangle with legs of 20 and 21. That adds to 41, so we just need the length of the hypotenuse.
2 0 2 + 2 1 2 = 400 + 441 = 841. 8 4 1 = 29.
41 + 29 = 70.
