Here is my solution :

45*3 = 135 chocolates initially we can get with 45 Rupees.

So, we have 135 Wrappers with us which can contribute 135/3 = 45 chocolates.

Similarly, 45 wrappers can contribute 45/3 = 15 chocolates.

Similarly, 15 wrappers can contribute 15/3 = 5 chocolates.

Similarly, 5 wrappers can contribute 5/3 = 1 chocolate + 2 wrappers.

There will be 3 wrappers at last which can contribute to a chocolate and we are left with only one wrapper which cannot make any contribution.

Total = 135 + 45 + 15 + 5 + 1 + 1 = 202 \boxed{135 + 45 + 15 + 5 + 1 + 1 = 202} .
