The teacher needs an admission ticket as well.

at first i thought that the payment must be shouldered by each person.

This is a question that is put in the Question Paper of 2nd Graders....

You should have thinked twice Before Adding such a question XD XD

Most people just directly assume it's 30*3 = 90, hence the name of the title, "Think Twice." It's actually 31, including the teacher, times three, which gives 93. It messes with the fact that we don't read problems too carefully.

How about you think twice before uploading such a shallow reply?

My first thought was $3, assuming the students were going to pay their own way. and the teacher only needed to pay for herself. Then once I realized she was footing the bill for everyone, I went, "Oh! add $90 for the kids, so 93."

I think you achieved the next level of in-depth thinking.

You're right Allen! My first thought was to multiply 30 by 3.

Solving with proportions: \frac { 1 }{ 31 } =\frac { 3 }{ x } \ 3*31=1x\ 93=x\ x=93 \boxed[93]

ALONG WITH TEACHER THERE ARE 31 PERSONS SO 31*3=93
