144 = 2 4 × 3 2 144 = 2^4 × 3^2

The odd factors of 144 are: -9, -3, -1, 1, 3 and 9.

Amongst the odd factors, only the 9 is greater than 4. \text {Amongst the odd factors, only the } \boxed {9} \text { is greater than 4.}

Correction: 144 144 also has odd negative factors.
