The 4th row must be TPQRS because the T can't be at the right end.

The very center of the grid must be S. The / diagonal must run from lower left to upper right as RPSQT.

The only choice remaining for the \huge \color{#CEBB00} \star is Q \boxed{Q}

  • 4th column, Q can only be in 2nd row
  • diagonal bottom-left to top-right, R must be in bottom-left cell
  • 1st column, Q must be in star cell
