Divide the balls into group of 9,9,9. Now weigh any 2 groups out of the three. Two cases will occur...1) one of them being heavy. 2) both of them are equal....If first case arises then then take that group which is heavy and if SECOND case arises then take the group which is not weigh, since the heavy ball will be in thay group only. Now again divide it into three groups of 3,3,3. Now again weigh two of the three groups, again same two cases will arrive. Now take out the group of three balls and again divide it into 1,1,1. Now repeat the above procedure and finally you get the heavy one.Hurray...! You did it
