Suppose an imaginary train rides around our planet at a speed of 1000 km/h and inside of this train another train is riding at this speed in reference to the train it is riding inside off (forget the things concerning materials, energy etc.). If this repeats itself is it possible to achieve the speed of light (for that train)?

Any object with high energy (e.g. Kinetic energy ~ velocity) has a higher mass, compared to the same object at lower energy. The closer you get to the speed of Light the more energy is converted into mass, rather than velocity (when "accellerated" further) . This makes it impossible for any object with mass to reach the (full) speed of light.
