The time 60 minutes ago was 20 minutes before 8 pm.

20 minutes before 8 pm is 7:40 pm.

and, 7:40 pm was 60 minutes ago, so, the current time is 8:40.

so,25 minutes after will be (7:40+25)pm=9:05 pm

60 60 minutes ago, it was 7 : 40 p m 7:40~pm . That means that the present time is 8 : 40 p m 8:40~pm . Adding 25 25 minutes to the present time gives a time of 9 : 05 p m 9:05~pm .
