If you think you are second to last, then you are wrong. How can you overtake the Last person?

It depends on how you look at it. You could assume that this question is worded weirdly and that you have overtook the person that now is in last place. It could also mean that you're, in general, ahead of the last person (but no further). Assuming that this question is worded perfectly, however, ends up in the question being paradoxical, and so this situation can't happen in the first place. The question asks what position you're in, so the only answers possible would be positions. Therefore, an answer "this situation is impossible" wouldn't even be a valid answer, even though it is correct.

It is impossible to overtake the last place, if it would be possible, of what position would you come? The last person is the last, there aren't people behind him.

yes it is possible think about it if u were in first place and run past the last person u have lapped them but still in first place
