If excluding stoppages, the speed of a bus is 60 km/hr and including stoppages, it is 55 km/hr then the bus stops................... minutes per hour.

It covers 5 km less per hour, due to stoppages.

To cover 5 km, time taken = 5\60 hour = 5 min. By the formula, time = d i s t a n c e s p e e d \frac {distance} {speed} .

It would have been more challenging if your numbers for speed didn't match the numbers for the time.
