(2a+3b)/(a+c) = 2 ---> 2a+3b = 2a+2c ---> 3b = 2c -----> b/c = 2/3
(6a+c)/(a+b) = 3 ----> 6a+c = 3a+3b ----> 3a+c = 3b -----> 3a+c = 2c -----> 3a = c -----> a/c = 1/3
So:
a:c = 1:3 b:c = 2:3
Therefore,
a:b:c = 1:2:3
